Tuition Due the 15th of every month regardless of attendance or Holiday.
Tuition fee is non -refundable once student begins classes.
If payment is not received on time, a $15 late fee will be assessed.
A $25 late fee will be assessed to ALL returned checks, plus late fee (if applicable)
Please email or inform front desk of any schedule changes or drop/adds in writing.
If you are dropping a class, please put it in writing and mail or turn into front desk 30 days prior to un-enrolling from a class(es). Until this is done billing will remain.
Students who drop a class for any length of time will be required to pay a re-enrollment fee of $30.
Students will be asked to leave class if tuition is not paid and a final bill will be sent for unpaid tuition.
All fees must be paid in FULL to be in the annual recital
Abusive, disrespectful language or misconduct is not tolerated at PCDA by parents or students.
We reserve the right to refuse service to any one at anytime.
Costume fee is non -refundable, you will own costume even if dancer drops a class.
If you paid the costume deposit, this represents a commitment on students/parents/ guardian to pay balance that is due. Costumes are bought early once your deposit is in. If not paid in full/balance due, we cannot release said costume, or tickets for recital.
Dance attire ONLY: No street wear. All students must have proper shoes and attire to participate in class.
No gum. No jeans in class.
Make up classes are for those who miss class due ONLY to Illness, holidays or PCDA event closure. No refunds are offered only makeup classes. You may make up in any class in your age range.
If your ill and need to freeze account, it must be in writing and note offered from Dr.
